Great location, close to shops and food outlets. No traffic noise. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful owners. Adequate coffee and tea supplies.

Well where do l start , the owner was rude and very sneeky also the room was filthy like u wouldnt believe il never stay again il rather pay more for better reception etc

The beds in the rooms were comfortable and the location was convenient, being close to a bus stop. Additionally, it was only a short 15-minute walk away. There was also a Wesleyan Methodist Church located about 1 km away from here.

Location was good to the city centre

The Carpets was badly stained, the Bathroom cold tap couldn't turn on. The show tiles old and mouldy.

The room at City Reach Motel was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a firm and comfortable bed. The lighting was excellent, and there was a comfortable couch to relax on. The bathroom had been nicely renovated, and the shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the microwave and milk provided for coffee. The location of the motel was ideal, close to shops and in a quiet area. The owners were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Only thing I can think of is the the portacot was an older style and uncomfortable for my 10month old.

Spent my Christmas here, the room was spacious and had all the needed amenities, including a microwave and ample desk space. The location was great, close to shops and various eateries. , the parking spots were easily accessible.

The air conditioning system wasn't functional and took forever to warm up the room, making it difficult to stay in during the winter. Although there were some basic toiletries, most were almost finished, including the one-ply bathroom tissue.

Location relative to where we needed to be, Very clean & quiet. Very friendly helpful staff. We've been very happy with this place in the past.

the value for money was outstanding. For such a reasonable price, I had a spacious room with a kitchenette, complete with all the basic amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was even a comfortable couch with a coffee table to relax and enjoy a drink. Secondly, the location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the main shopping center and there was a beautiful park just across the road. Lastly, the staff were excellent. They were welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic - I couldn't fault a thing.

The pool was great fresh towels every day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby eateries and shopping centres. The room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The shower had good water pressure and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch.
